Creative Challenge
Run between May and July 2014, the Creative Challenge project used different forms of art and creativity to tackle mental health stigma and discrimination. Funded by Time to Change Wales, with sessions run at New Horizons in Aberdare, Creative Challenge included sessions of poetry, storytelling, digital storytelling and visual art, working with a group that was mostly made up of 18-25 year-olds.
